Refund policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Returns/exchanges cannot be accepted unless there is an error on our behalf with the order. (ie. wrong size or wrong shoe given)

Please be aware that with the purchase of older items the item may not be suitable to be worn (chance of crumbling) and is better off as a collectors item. Please contact us before hand if your intentions are to wear them and we will provide a recommendation.

Moreover, please be advised that minor manufacturing defects are not of our responsibility and that should this be a problem please contact us before your purchase and we will happily take some detailed photos. This is not a reasonable excuse towards requesting a return

Should there be a reasonable case towards a return request they must be held towards these standards

1. Contact must be received within 48 hours of delivery.
2. The item must be unworn and in the exact condition as when received.
3. All original product items must be included (box, tags, extra laces etc) and in the exact condition as received.
4. Return shipping must be by trackable express mail with a tracking number provided
6. The item must be labeled as "Returned Merchandise" on the shipping form.

7. Should it be a mistake on our behalf we will reimburse the shipping costs provided a receipt is shown

*Acceptance of returned items will be video recorded for legal purposes. Any attempted fraudulent activity will be handled accordingly.

RETURNED TO SENDER

-In the event that the package was a mistake on our behalf, the item will be re-shipped to you at our expense once it has been processed.  A new tracking number will be sent at that time.

-In the event of a package being returned to us ('return to sender') as a mistake of the customer, the package will be re-shipped at the customer's expense.  If the re-shipping costs are not paid, the purchase price will not be refunded. Please note it is the buyers responsibility to be aware of the tracking information and collect the item or schedule a redelivery if an attempted delivery had been made.
